I found a website that's very helpful in keeping track of the foods you eat and how many calories you're eating per day.

I'm trying to lose a few pounds, and a website like this is good for keeping me accountable for the amount of food I'm eating. I guess I could say it's my "diet", just watching the amount of calories I'm eating each day, and eating the amount that the website says I should eat based on the amount of exercise I get and the number of pounds I'm trying to lose. I figure that even if I lose 1 lb per week this way, it's worth it! I just can't wait to fit into some of my old clothes again! :-)
(btw, this website also helps you keep track of how much water you drink in a day, and how many carbs/fats/proteins you're eating... it's fun even if you don't use it for losing weight! )

Ya know I just never could be bothered with all that stuff since I'm a firm believer that you are fine so long as you eat relatively healthy. LOL.
ReplyDeleteI really like that website! It's a great place just to keep yourself aware of your food intake. It helps you eat healthfully. :) Way to go! BTW..I have about 30 lbs of baby-weight to lose after Ben is born, so I'll be joining you pretty soon!
