18 weeks pregnant

I think I've arrived at the most fun part of pregnancy. I feel great, and I actually LOOK pregnant now! It's so fun going somewhere and seeing someone we know. They usually say "oh you look so cute!" or "you're glowing!" or something like that. I think there's something about being pregnant that makes everyone think you look adorable... lol.

It's also fun walking around stores and seeing the way people look at me. Most people think I don't look older than 16, so of course I get the funniest looks when I'm walking alone somewhere. I'm sure they're thinking I'm just another teen that wasn't careful enough and got myself pregnant. Funny thing is, I'll be 21 next month! I just giggle at the thought, because to some people that might be the "appearance of evil" but it's not my fault!! hehehe

I'm also thinking about just letting the baby's gender be a surprise. I thought I'd never say that, but I'm actually serious about it right now. I have ideas for ways to decorate the baby's room in a gender-neutral theme. Actually, it would be better to get gender-neutral things anyway, just in case our 2nd child is the opposite gender of the first. My two ideas for themes are either Aquarium or Rainforest. Both are full of bright colors and would match the light blue walls in the baby's room, so either one would be perfect! We already have a baby swing with an aquarium design, but it would blend in well with a rainforest theme, too.
